2026 Election ResultsWelcome new committee members Steve Powers, Jason Wilson, and Matthew "Selby"; and welcome back incumbent Paul Loveless who were elected to the Executive Committee at the Annual Meeting of the Full Board on January 16. Additionally, Chris Searcy and Kristina Nelson-Gross were confirmed as President and Vice President, respectively. Members are encouraged to contact their committee members with their input as to what they would like to see from WCIA. Financial Note for Member Annual Reports 2025 is Now AvailableA sample financial note to incorporate in your entity's annual financial report is available on the WCIA Website under Related Documents on the right side of the page. Members should modify the note as needed to accurately reflect individual circumstances, such as deductibles and program participation levels. The note contains language that should satisfy the State Auditor's requirements concerning pool membership and self-insurance.

WCIA Needs Your Worker HoursWCIA is soliciting 2025 worker hour information to inform the 2027 assessment process. Each member must report the following data: 1. your entity's 2025 worker hours; and 2. copies of your WA State Labor & Industries Quarterly Reports of Worker Hours for each quarter in 2025. A request for this information will be emailed to delegates and alternates the second week in February and will contain detailed instructions. Each member is responsible for entering their worker hours and attaching copies of the L&I quarterly reports into Origami, WCIA's Risk Management Information System. The deadline for entering and uploading the information is February 27, 2026.
