WCIA Welcomes New Risk & Business Analyst

Ian Payne is WCIA's new Risk & Business Analyst. His first day on the job was October 1. Ian comes to WCIA from the Association of WA Cities where he was the Program Director of the Retrospective Rating Pool. WCIA will benefit from his experience in municipal risk pooling and his background in data analysis and reporting.

Congratulations to the Winner of the Chatbot Contest

Darcy Kirschner, Deputy City Clerk at the City of Lynnwood, came up with the winning name for WCIA's new Liability Resource Manual chatbot - Wilma! Wilma stands for WCIA Liability Manual Assistant. Thanks to everyone who submitted names that were extremely creative!
