WCIA 2025-2028 Strategic Plan

A strategic planning session is completed by the Executive Committee during their annual retreat. Incorporating ideas from the September 2024 retreat, the WCIA 2025-2028 Strategic Plan was drafted, then reviewed and approved by the Full Board at its meeting on January 17, 2025. The Strategic Plan is not static but reviewed and modified by the Committee throughout a four-year period allowing WCIA to continue to take a leadership role in managing the risks facing our membership.
