Financial Note for Member Annual Reports 2024 is Now Available

A sample financial note to incorporate in your entity's annual financial report is available on the WCIA Website under Related Documents on the right side of the page. Members should modify the note as needed to accurately reflect individual circumstances, such as deductibles and program participation levels. The note contains language that should satisfy the State Auditor's requirements concerning pool membership and self-insurance.

WCIA Needs Your Worker Hours

WCIA is soliciting 2024 worker hour information to inform the 2026 assessment process. Each member must report the following data:
     1.  your entity's 2024 worker hours; and
     2.  copies of your WA State Labor & Industries Quarterly Reports of Worker Hours
           for each quarter in 2024.

A request for this information will be emailed to delegates and alternates the second week in February and will contain detailed instructions. Each member is responsible for entering their worker hours and attaching copies of the L&I quarterly reports into Origami, WCIA's Risk Management Information System.  The deadline for entering and uploading the information is February 28, 2025.
