WCIA Launches New Monthly Newsletter

Welcome to the first issue of WCIA's revamped monthly newsletter. This newsletter is now being distributed via the WCIA website using the CivicPlus software platform, which allows staff to send various communications to the membership using tailored lists and subscriptions.
