This training is geared towards new supervisors/managers or seasoned supervisors/managers who would like a refresher.

Making the transition from peer to supervisor/manager:
- This section will cover critical leadership qualities and behaviors as well as appropriate leadership styles.
- Participants will learn about the various communication styles and explore non-verbal communication.
Managerial Decision Making:
- The decisions that managers and supervisors make can lead to success or create unnecessary risk for the organization. The session covers the decision making process as well as decision styles.
- This section teaches supervisors the delegation process, including how to set measurable objectives, assess risks, select the right performer and communicate the assignment effectively.
